Shipping Information
Stathis Samantas offers complimentary free shipping for all orders over 300€. Free shipping is not available during sales period, mid-season sales or other special discounts in the e-shop. In that cases, the customer bears the shipping cost or return/change of the products. Also, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment by Geniki Taxydromiki. The shipping cost is calculated automatically in your order total cost by the checkout process and according to order destination.
The shipping cost and delivery time is as follows, regarding a shipment weight of not more than 1Kg (1 pair of shoes, their box and wrapping):
- Athens: €5 - within 1-2 working days.
- Rest of Greece: €8 - within 1-3 working days.
- Cyprus: €24 - within 1-3 working days.
- Rest of Europe countries: €30 - within 2-5 working days.
- USA and American countries: €36 - within 3-6 working days.
- Africa & Middle East countries: €27 - within 3-6 working days.
- Asian countries: €36 - within 3-6 working days.
- For countries not listed in the checkout process: €42 - within 3-7 working days.
For any inquiries as for your country, please contact us to inform you of the shipping cost. If there is any problem with availability or any other kind we will contact you. Products purchased by Customer will be delivered to the customer’s address that he has already declared as his billing address. Customer will be delivered a copy of sales invoice and delivery note. Orders will be delivered by asking for signing on delivery documents, by the delivery service provider. We ship the order via Geniki Taxydromiki Courier Services (for Greece) and their partners (in countries abroad). Any extra custom office taxes related to non-European Union shipping destination countries, bear the customer at his/her sole responsibility to pay.
Delivery may be delayed:
- During periods of great commercial consumption.
- Due to bad weather
- In case of force mature
A product with the indication of "Sold out" can be ordered, however, the delivery time depends on when this product will be "Back in stock" and varies from a couple of days of up to 2 weeks. It is our responsibility to inform you of the exact time your order will be delivered. Note that before we can dispatch your purchases, in some cases we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and paid and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Payment Information
We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer/deposit, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Maestro, Visa, Diners, American Express.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of the National Bank of Greece. Thanks to the EMV 3DS protocol present in the network payment gateway, it has a strong verification of the identity of the cardholder (Strong Customer Authentication -SCA) in order to complete each transaction in a way that prevents the unauthorized use of the card with which it is carried out .
